We don’t offer TV, streaming service, phone, or security services – we leave that up to the experts in each area such as streaming services, VoIP (voice over internet) companies, and home alarm service providers.

We offer lightning-fast and highly reliable future-proof fiber internet service so all the services you do choose to use can run simultaneously without affecting one another.

We polled our employees and have some personal recommendations for you. Remember that the streaming world is changing quickly, so check your favorite search engine for the latest.
Check out YouTube TV, DirecTV Stream, Fubo TV, and Philo for live TV streaming. There are many many more. If you really don’t want to part with your home phone, we recommend phone services like Ooma. Full disclosure – very few of us use home phones.

We’re new. We’re fresh. We’re tired of everything you’re tired of when it comes to internet service. We approach service with simplicity, transparency, and responsiveness.
FastBridge Fiber offers highly reliable fiber internet at lightning-fast speeds, a professionally installed in-home Wi-Fi system, and live local customer service. Our straightforward residential pricing plans have no contracts and no hidden fees. We include a powerful Wi-Fi 6 router, unlimited data, and professional installation with each plan.
Fiber is future-proof. That means as devices get more powerful, fiber internet can handle it. Cable isn’t holding up to the demands of today’s devices, and it will only get more challenging as we advance.
Not only is fiber lightning-fast, but upload and download speeds are symmetrical. You’ll be able to upload files as fast as you can download them. That’s a big difference from cable.
Wet weather – like rain or snow – doesn’t affect fiber like it impacts cable. When water gets into the cable line, it causes outages, but that doesn’t happen with fiber. Fiber technology is much more reliable than cable. And those virtual traffic jams when all your neighbors are online simultaneously don’t happen on fiber. Think of it like a 7-lane highway on fiber vs. 2 lanes on cable. Nothing beats fiber.

We are working on it.

Per the FCC, while many providers will begin displaying their labels in April, providers with less than 100,000 subscribers have until Oct. 10, 2024, to comply with the FCC rules to display broadband labels at their points of sale.

Construction timeframes vary depending on your neighborhood terrain, area geography, weather and other construction processes. We always try to complete construction as quickly as possible. If you’d like to be updated on our service availability in your area, please register here. This does not commit you to our service but will keep you on the list to receive updates on your address until you opt out.

Construction varies depending on the layout of each neighborhood. Usually, it consists of digging small pits to locate existing utilities on each side of driveways in order to use the equipment that tunnels under them. Conduit is placed within the public rights-of-way, and laterals are placed under the sidewalk into small underground boxes, usually at the lot lines, to enable future customer installs.
We aim to complete construction as quickly as possible in each area. Check out our construction page for more information.

In the last few years, it’s become evident that many areas of the country lack future-proof internet service. After studying several markets, we chose your area because there is demand from homeowners and businesses as well as unsatisfactory customer experience with the current service provider. You’ve never had fiber internet as a choice, and we believe you deserve it.

Yes. FastBridge Fiber is a public utility company and holds a Certificate of Public Convenience granted by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. We are allowed by law to access and use public utility easements that may be on your property as necessary to build our network and provide service to the public. Most public utility easements were created by the subdivision plat approved by a local government agency when your neighborhood was initially developed, and are typically located on your property in one or more of the following areas:

  • along the street
  • along the sidewalk
  • in the front yard
  • along the rear lot line
  • between two lots
  • in a back alley
If you have fenced in all or part of your property, our crews may need your help accessing the public utility easements.
As a certificated public utility, we build our network along and within public utility easements as well as the public rights-of-way, all in accordance with Pennsylvania law. Property owners are not able to opt out or preclude the use of such public utility easements or public rights-of-way, but it’s up to you whether you want to have us connect your home to our network.
We don’t charge for our professional technicians to install our service, and therefore we don’t require residential customers to commit to a contract, so why not try us out?
You’ll see a big difference in your internet performance with 100% fiber. Adding fiber to your home can increase your home value by more than 3%, according to a study by the Fiber-to-the-Home Council North America and Carnegie Mellon.
Get fiber internet. Your future self will thank you.

We will do our best to avoid damage to your property. We are committed to cleaning up and restoring the property to how we found it as quickly as possible once construction is complete. Please let us know if that is not the case by sending an email to us at or calling 800.661.0232 and we’ll do our best to make things right!

Yes, you can! Different areas of a neighborhood are connected to the network at various times depending on several factors. Sign up now to get your home in our queue for free professional installation.

Our professional technicians will install a 5″x5″ Optical Network Terminal (ONT). This device converts the light signals in fiber optics to electrical signals. Next, we’ll install and set up a router, which plugs into the ONT and runs your wired and Wi-Fi networks. Last, we’ll show you how to access the CommandIQ app to manage your network from your smartphone.

Yes. We include a Gigaspire BLAST Wi-Fi 6 router with each plan at no additional charge. 2 Gig plans come with an enhanced Gigaspire BLAST router. All of the Gigaspire routers are cutting-edge and provide excellent coverage.

Wi-Fi 6 is the next generation of Wi-Fi, accelerating your Wi-Fi connection and operating very efficiently using the most current technology. Internet speed using fiber-optic internet service is significantly faster than older technologies like cable and DSL. To maximize the benefits of fiber internet, you’ll need a router capable of operating your Wi-Fi at top speeds, and today that is Wi-Fi 6.

The internet service plan you sign up for is the main factor in determining the specific Gigaspire BLAST router our technicians place in your home. For the 500 Mbps and 1 Gig plans, we include a Gigaspire BLAST U4 device with 2 ethernet ports. For the 2 Gig plan, we have a Gigaspire BLAST U6.2 device with 4 ethernet ports. If you think you need more ports than that, we suggest you purchase an ethernet switch with enough ports for your devices and have that available when the technician arrives.

The short answer is “yes.” But we’re not sure why you’d want to. We include an advanced Gigaspire Wi-Fi 6 router device with all of our plans at no additional cost, and our CommandIQ app allows you full access to control your Wi-Fi network from your smartphone. If you choose not to use the Gigaspire router, the CommandIQ app will not work. Additionally, using a different router will limit the support we can provide you.

Your extender may or may not work with our router. Even if your extender does work with our router, the FastBridge Fiber CommandIQ app will not support that extender. Using your extender may impact the management of the Gigaspire BLAST router as well as your entire Wi-Fi network, and we may be limited in the support we can offer. The Gigaspire BLAST routers are very powerful, and you may not need an extender.
