Affordable Internet Program Terms

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for this program, at least one member of the household must currently participate in one of the following public assistance programs:

  • National School Lunch Program (Free or Reduced-Priced Lunch)
  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
  • Medicaid
  • Affordability Benefit from a Utility

Proof of Eligibility

Customers must maintain ongoing eligibility for the Affordable Internet Program and may be required to submit documentation annually. FastBridge Fiber may request documentation of eligibility at any time. If a customer cannot provide acceptable proof of eligibility upon request, the discounted rate will be discontinued, and service may be terminated.

Program Availability

  • Limit one Affordable Internet Program plan per household.
  • Pennsylvania subscribers must be new customers and must not have subscribed to any FastBridge Fiber services within the past 90 days.
  • This program is offered by FastBridge Fiber LLC.

Billing Requirements:

Enrollment in AutoPay and paperless billing is required for all customers.

Pricing & Services:

The Affordable Internet Program provides symmetrical 25 Mbps internet service at a fixed price of $15 per month for qualified customers. 

The $15 rate applies only to internet service. Standard taxes and fees that apply to all FastBridge Fiber subscribers remain the responsibility of the customer. 

Additional $5 discount for households with a K-12 student in public school. School name and district must be provided to qualify. 

Customers may add optional services (such as HomeBridge Connect) at the standard additional monthly charge.

Exclusions & Restrictions:

Customers in the Affordable Internet Program are not eligible for additional promotions, discounts, or credits with the exception of those qualifying for the K-12 discount.

If a customer upgrades from the Affordable Internet Program (25 Mbps) plan to a standard FastBridge Fiber internet plan, the standard pricing available at their service address will apply. No promotional offers or discounts may be applied to the upgraded plan.

Customer accounts must be in good standing with no outstanding balances or prior service violations.
