Definitions & Restrictions:

New Customer & Household

A new customer is defined as a residential household that has not subscribed to FastBridge Fiber internet service at the same service address within the past 90 days. 

A household includes all persons living at the service address.

Limit one promotional offer per household.

Promotional offers are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other promotional offer.

Prior account holders at the same service address, including individuals residing in the household, are not eligible for “new customer” promotions.

Eligibility

Promotional offers apply only to qualifying residential internet service plans.

Customer accounts must be in good standing with no outstanding balances or prior service violations.

FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny or rescind promotional benefits if eligibility requirements are not met.

Good Standing

All of the following conditions must be met for an account to be in good standing:

  • The account is active and has not been canceled or suspended.   
  • One billing cycle has been paid in full: the first at the time of installation.  
  • The account holder is enrolled in AutoPay and has a valid payment method on file at all times.   
  • The account has no outstanding overdue balances or service violations as determined by FastBridge Fiber.

Offer Periods & Benefits

Promotional offers and credit offers, including discounted service or complimentary service periods, are available for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Some promotions and credits may vary by plan type, service area, or term commitment. Specific details for each program will be outlined at the time of the offer.

Limitations

Promotions and credits are available for residential use only and may not be applied to business accounts.

Offer benefits are contingent on maintaining continuous service for at least one full billing cycle following activation.

Canceled, suspended, downgraded, or past-due accounts may forfeit offer benefits.

FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to cancel the remainder of any promotional offer or credit offer benefit if a customer’s account becomes delinquent.

FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to impose limits on the number of times a customer may participate in or receive benefits from any promotional or credit offer.

If service is canceled before the end of a promotional or offer period, no credits, refunds, or cash equivalents will be provided, and FastBridge Fiber may cancel any remaining unused benefits.

All promotional offers have no cash value.

Other Restrictions

Offers may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged. Offers do not have any cash value.

FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to revoke or adjust promotional benefits or credits if misuse, fraud, or gaming of offers is detected.

Taxes, fees, and optional add-on services are not included in promotional offers or credits, unless expressly stated.

Military & First Responder Discount

“A small thank you for the people who show up when it matters most.”  

The Military & First Responder Discount (“Discount”) provides 10% off eligible monthly charges, including base internet service and qualifying add-on services, for approved customers.  

This Discount is available to qualifying residential customers at serviceable addresses who self-identify as one of the following:  

  • Military: Active Duty, Veterans, Retired Military, National Guard, or Reserves across any U.S. Armed Forces branch (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Space Force)  
  • Public Safety First Responders: Including Law Enforcement, Firefighters (career or volunteer), EMTs, Paramedics, 911 Dispatchers, Corrections Officers, and other eligible public safety personnel  
      

Eligibility & Verification  
By enrolling in this Discount, you certify that you meet the eligibility requirements described above.  
FastBridge Fiber may request documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including before or after installation. Acceptable documentation may include, but is not limited to, official identification, employment verification, or service records.  
Failure to provide verification may result in removal of the Discount and adjustment of prior billing. Eligibility is determined at FastBridge Fiber’s sole discretion.  
  

Application of Discount  

  • Discount applies only to qualifying monthly recurring service charges, including eligible add-ons  
  • Discount does not apply to taxes, fees, installation charges, equipment purchases, or non-recurring charges

Eligibility: Available to new residential customers only during the designated launch period for each service area. Launch periods may vary and are determined solely by FastBridge Fiber LLC. Customers must be installed during the applicable launch period; FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to cancel the promotional offer if installation is not completed during that timeframe.   

Customer account must remain in good standing. If an account becomes past due or is otherwise not in good standing, FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to revoke any remaining promotional benefits effective as of the date the account became past due.   

Offer Details:  
          250 Mbps plan: 1 free month of service plus a $150 promotional Visa® card  
          500 Mbps plan: 1 free months of service plus a $150 promotional Visa® card  
          1 Gig plan: 3 free months of service plus a $200 promotional Visa® card  
          2 Gig plan: 3 free months of service plus a $200 promotional Visa® card  

Activation of Free Months: Free months of service begin on the second month following installation and account activation. Payment for month 1 is due on the day of installation.  

Plan Downgrade or Cancellation: If a customer downgrades their service plan during the promotional period, any remaining promotional benefits — including unused free months and any unissued or unclaimed promotional Visa® card — will be forfeited and will not carry over to the downgraded plan or any other plan.  

Billing Requirements: Enrollment in AutoPay and paperless billing is required for all FastBridge Fiber customers, including participants in this promotion. Failure to maintain AutoPay and paperless billing may result in loss of promotional benefits.

Non-Combination: This promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or credits.  

Installation: Professional installation is included at no charge under this promotion.  

No Contract Commitment: There is no minimum contract term associated with this promotion. Customers may cancel service at any time; however, unused promotional benefits — including remaining free months and any unissued or unclaimed promotional Visa®card — will be forfeited and have no cash value.  
  

Promotional Visa® Card Details  
Issuance: The card claim code will be issued within a few business days after the customer’s account has remained in good standing for 45 days following the date of installation. 

Payment Issues and Account Holds: If a payment is declined or fails at any point before the card redemption code is sent, the card will be placed on hold. The customer must bring the account current before their next scheduled payment due date to remain eligible.  

If the account is not brought current by that date, the promotional Visa® card offer will be forfeited. If at any time the customer does not have a valid payment method on file through the customer portal, FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to cancel the promotional Visa® card offer.   

Claiming and Expiration: Upon qualifying, the customer will receive an email with a redemption code and instructions. The card must be claimed within 60 days of receiving this notification. FastBridge Fiber is not obligated to re-issue an expired code or provide any equivalent benefit. The promotional Visa® card is provided by Giftbit and is subject to Giftbit Terms and Conditions.   

General Gift Card Restrictions: The promotional Visa® card has no cash value and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged. FastBridge Fiber is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards. FastBridge Fiber will not provide any equivalent cash value, credit, or substitute benefit in lieu of the gift card.

How the Offer Works  
Order Confirmation: Upon completing a qualifying order, the customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing their order and promotions, including the promotional Visa®card reward and free month(s). Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee the promotional rewards. The rewards are contingent on meeting all post-order requirements described below.  
Installation Required: The customer must complete a professional installation of FastBridge Fiber internet service within 30 days of placing the order. Installation must be completed at the service address on the order. Customers who place an order but cancel before installation will not receive any promotional rewards.  
Free Month(s) Credit: Free month(s) are applied as billing credits beginning in month 2 of service (the billing cycle immediately following the first paid billing cycle). Credits are applied automatically and will appear on the applicable invoice(s). Free months do not extend the 45-day good standing period.  
45-Day Good Standing Requirement: To receive the card, the customer’s account must remain in good standing for 45 days following the date of installation. If all conditions are met, the customer will receive an email with a redemption code and instructions within a few business days of the 45-day period ending.  
 

Payment Issues and Account Holds  
Failed Payment: If a payment is declined or fails at any point before the card redemption code is sent, the card will be forfeited. Free month credits already applied will not be rescinded solely due to a failed payment that is subsequently cured.  
Removal of Payment Method: If at any time the customer does not have a valid payment method on file through the customer portal, FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to cancel the promotional Visa® card offer.  
Service Plan Changes or Cancellation: If a customer downgrades or cancels their service plan at any time before claiming their promotional Visa®card, the offer is forfeited and any unapplied free month credits will be voided. If a customer upgrades their service plan after installation, they will keep the original promotional offer. The card amount and free month credits will not be increased. FastBridge Fiber will not provide any equivalent cash value, credit, or substitute benefit.

If a customer contacts FastBridge Fiber by phone or email, or otherwise completes any part of their order with the assistance of a sales representative, the gift card reward offer will not apply, regardless of whether the customer later completes steps online.

Terms: Discount applies to base internet service only. No contract. Not combinable. No cash value. FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to verify eligibility or modify/discontinue this promotion at its sole discretion. Offer provided by FastBridge Fiber LLC. Valid through 6/30/26.  

Offer Details:  
          250 Mbps plan: Half Off (50%) the standard monthly internet service rate for the first three (3) months of service.  
          500 Mbps plan: Half Off (50%) the standard monthly internet service rate for the first six (6) months of service.  
          1 Gig plan: Half Off (50%) the standard monthly internet service rate for the first nine (9) months of service.  
          2 Gig plan: Half Off (50%) the standard monthly internet service rate for the first nine (9) months of service.  

Promotional benefits under this offer are valid for customers who sign up by submitting an order on or before June 30, 2026. FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to cancel this promotion if customer installation is not completed by August 31, 2026.  

Activation & Billing Requirements   
Activation: Discounts apply automatically each month, starting with the first full billing cycle post-installation.  
AutoPay & Paperless Billing: Enrollment in both AutoPay and paperless billing is mandatory. If the payment method is removed, becomes invalid, or paperless billing is disabled, the customer will immediately revert to the full standard price and all remaining promotional benefits will be forfeited.   
Account Standing: If an account reaches a 30-day non-payment notification status, all future promotional benefits will be forfeited.   

Plan Changes & Cancellations   
Downgrades: Moving to a lower-tier plan at any time results in the immediate forfeiture of all future promotional benefits; the account will revert to the full standard retail price of the new chosen plan at the time of downgrade.   

Upgrades:    
If Completed Before Installation: The promotional offer associated with the new (upgraded) plan will be activated upon installation.   
If Completed After Installation: The terms of the promotion associated with the original plan remain in effect, and the customer will not receive additional promotional benefits in any form (e.g. additional discounted months, higher rate of discount, etc.).   

Cancellations: If service is cancelled during the promotional period, all remaining discounted months are immediately forfeited and will not be reinstated or transferred.    

January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026

Eligibility: Available to qualifying new residential customers in eligible FastBridge Fiber service areas at the time the promotion is offered. Customer accounts must remain active and in good standing to receive and retain promotional benefits. If an account becomes past due or is no longer in good standing, FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to cancel any remaining promotional discounts.  

Offer Details:  
          250 Mbps plan: Half Off (50%) the standard monthly internet service rate for the first three (3) months of service.  
          500 Mbps plan: Half Off (50%) the standard monthly internet service rate for the first three (3) months of service.  
           1 Gig plan: Half Off (50%) the standard monthly internet service rate for the first six (6) months of service.  
          2 Gig plan: Half Off (50%) the standard monthly internet service rate for the first six (6) months of service.  

Promotional benefits under this offer are valid for customers who sign up by submitting an order on or before March 31, 2026. FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to cancel this promotion if customer installation is not completed by April 30, 2026. 

Activation of Promotional Discount: Promotional discounts are applied automatically beginning with the first full billing cycle following installation and account activation.  
Discounts apply only to the internet service portion of the bill and exclude taxes, fees, and any optional add-on services.  

Billing Requirements: Enrollment in AutoPay and paperless billing is required. If AutoPay or paperless billing is removed, or if the account becomes delinquent, FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to cancel any remaining promotional discounts. 

Plan Changes: If a customer downgrades their service plan during the promotional period, any remaining promotional discounts will be forfeited and will not continue under the downgraded plan.  

If a customer upgrades their service plan during the promotional period, the promotional discount may be adjusted to reflect the new plan; however:  

Customers are not guaranteed additional promotional months as a result of an upgrade.  

Promotional eligibility is based on the original offer terms and the number of discounted months already received.  

Non-Combination: This promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or credit.

Customers must have FastBridge Fiber internet service fully installed and active to receive streaming benefits. This streaming offer ends December 31, 2025.

          500 Mbps plan: Choice of 1 month of YouTubeTV or Hulu + Live TV. 
          1 Gig plan: Choice of 3 months of YouTubeTV or Hulu + Live TV.

Credit Offers

Refer-a-Friend for Free Months

December 11, 2025 to December 31, 2025

Eligibility: Available to residential customers in good standing. Referred individuals must be new customers (defined above) residing within a FastBridge Fiber service area and be eligible for immediate installation. Only referrals that result in a completed installation at a qualified service address on or before January 31, 2026 are eligible. Referral orders must be submitted through https://fastbridgefiber.com/referral/ by December 31, 2025.

Offer Details:

The referring customer will receive a reward credit equal to three (3) free months of internet service after the referred customer has completed one full billing cycle (one month) of paid service and remains in good standing.

The referred customer will receive one (1) free month of service, applied after installation is completed.

Free months apply only to the internet service portion of the bill and do not include taxes, fees, or optional add-on services.

Activation of Reward Credits: Reward credits for the referring customer will be applied within 30 days after the referred customer completes one full billing cycle of paid service and remains in good standing.

The referred customer’s free month will be applied following installation and account activation.

Both accounts must remain active and in good standing to receive and retain reward credits.

Billing Requirements: Enrollment in AutoPay and paperless billing is required for both referring and referred customers. If either party becomes delinquent or removes AutoPay or paperless billing during the program period, any remaining reward credits may be canceled for either party.

Referral Limits: FastBridge Fiber reserves the right to limit the number of referrals for which a customer may receive reward credits, in its sole discretion. Additional referrals beyond any established limit may not qualify for reward credits. Reward credits are offered solely by FastBridge Fiber LLC.

Non-Combination: This promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or credit. Each referral is tied to one eligible installation and cannot be duplicated or transferred.

Other Restrictions: Promotion is available for residential service only. Referrals are valid only for new customers who have not had FastBridge Fiber service at their address within the past 90 days. If the referred customer cancels service before installation or within the first 30 days of activation, no promotional credits will be issued. The referred customer must remain an active, paying customer in good standing through the qualifying billing cycle for the referring customer to receive reward credits.
