Switching to FastBridge Fiber internet service doesn’t mean losing your home phone or changing your number! While we don’t provide home phone service, many of our customers choose Ooma phone service because it’s affordable, reliable, and easy to set up.
With Ooma, your phone will work through the internet—just like your current home phone. All you need is:
- An Ooma Telo device (a small device that connects to your FastBridge Fiber router)

- A phone (you can use your existing phone* or get a new one from Ooma)
*Some older phones may not be compatible—check Ooma’s website for details.
Follow These Easy Steps for a Seamless Transition to Ooma:
Option 1: Use an Ooma Handset

If you’re setting up a new Ooma handset:
- Set Up Your Ooma Telo and Phone

- Visit Ooma’s activation page and enter the activation code from your device.
- Register Your 911 Address during setup to ensure emergency services can locate you.
Option 2: Keep Your Current Phone
Want to keep your existing home phone and number? Ooma makes it easy.

- DON’T cancel your current phone service or you risk losing your current phone number
